"Our Nepali friend took us here because it's his favorite place in the Milwaukee area that serves authentic Nepali (with Indian dishes as options as well). I really enjoyed the Veggie Momo, and it was even better in the soup style - jho. The Nepali chicken curry was good, and everything was nicely portioned. Definitely worth the price! The rice pudding dessert was also tasty and for only $3 fed our table of four! The service was attentive and kind. We went on a cold winter night, so the only downfall was the draft whenever the door opened. Overall, i highly recommend! I want to go back and try the palak paneer."

"Wow, wish I could give more than five stars. We ordered lamb jalfrezi (medium), shrimp biryani (medium), momo platter, garlic naan and mango lassis. Food was incredible. Favorite was the biryani. Service was so friendly also. Don’t live in the area and am jealous that there is no comparable place where I live."

"Located within a plaza across from Metro Market is this lovely, little restaurant. A great showcase of Nepali and East Indian cuisines specializing in a great array of curries and momos. You can order the mom's as an entree or appetizer. The lamb ones are fantastic! I've tried both the pumpkin lamb and pumpkin chicken and both are so flavorful, delicious and exotic. I have not ran across this type of dish on travels. Their 'hot' level of spice is perfect for a slow burn, but may be too much for a novice. Looking forward to a return to continue you exploring many more of their dishes! Decent size variety of vegetarian dishes, too."

"Don’t let the surrounding strip mall vibe fool you, this little place is a gem! Very understated in appearance, you might pass this place up, but don’t!! The food and service are exceptional! Very casual, sit in or take out. We arrived late afternoon and sat in - by 5:30 it was truly a revolving door of pick up orders and guests sitting for dinner. Order the Momo platter as an appetizer - it offers you 6 dumplings of beef, chicken and vegetable. It’s a great introduction to the most delicious dumplings! Try the sauce - it isn’t spicy, amazing flavor. We ordered our favorite Indian dish of lamb vindaloo , naan, and shrimp biryani. Brought steaming and clearly freshly made - they were even incredibly accommodating and suggested that in order for my husband to have the spice strength he liked without me, bursting into flames (I’m the spice wimp in the family!), they could bring a sauce on the side for him to add in as he wished. First time we have ever had a restaurant offer that and it was absolutely brilliant! Delicious!!! at first the naan looked a little thinner than we are used to, but the taste was wonderful. Service was fast and friendly and extremely accommodating. Easy parking in the free parking lot. We were able to get a seat right away, but we have definitely also put this on our takeout list as well. It’s definitely going on our favorites list as a regular place to sit in or pick up and take home. Can’t wait till we get to go back the next time! Don’t miss this little gem!"
